Spend a few hours at our lovely old farm in the very heart of Devon embellishing your own Oak Block or Platter. Join us to experience an abridged version of our regular one day course as part of this years Hatherleigh Festival.
Choose from a selection of seasoned oak blanks and fully customise your design. We will assist you in creating your design then demonstrate methods for you to finish and refine your oak board/block with our workshop tools including embellishment and personalisation using pyrography tools; a procedure we will demonstrate and help you with.
Perfect as a gift, keepsake or to just use and enjoy for years to come.
Finish and protect your board with mineral oil (we will explain how to care for your finished piece and give you a small bottle of oil to take home with you).
You will meet at the farm at 10am and the course will finish at 1pm.

Cost – £35 including finished Oak Block, tea, coffee and homemade cakes!
