Masks and Puppets Exhibition – Commerce House

Don, resident in Hatherleigh for 30 years, shows examples of masks and puppets made from simple materials, many recycled, which were created to inspire thousands of children in West Country Primary Schools where he taught workshops as a freelance before retiring (very reluctantly) in October 2016.
A wide range of creations for you to enjoy, play with, and, if you wish, buy. His book, – “CREATE WONDERFUL PUPPETS AND MASKS”, designed with teachers and creative parents in mind, has a DVD inserted providing a `virtual Don` demonstrating to camera, for you to emulate.
“Gracious one, play. The universe is an empty shell wherein your mind frolics infinitely”. A favourite Zen quotation.”
